📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the distribution of products to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure product availability and meet customer demand.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and distribution activities.,Monitor and report on distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Resolve customer complaints and issues related to product distribution.,Assist in the development and implementation of distribution strategies and plans.,Work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth and efficient distribution processes.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in distribution management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong knowledge of distribution processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with ERP or distribution management software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for distribution purposes.
