📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Utilize AI-powered tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Prime, and TalentSoft to source and identify high-potential candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
• Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the job specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates and update it regularly.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
