📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and develop a team of employees, providing leadership and training.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Analyze sales data and provide insights for business improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail industry.,Proven track record of successful team management and leadership.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
