Home Village Unggul is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Internal Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. You will work closely with our internal audit team to conduct audits, review financial statements, and provide recommendations to improve our financial processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in internal auditing to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting audits of financial records, transactions, and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.,Reviewing financial statements and reports to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.,Preparing and presenting audit reports and recommendations to management.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems and procedures.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information and conduct audits.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of audit findings and follow-up actions.,Participating in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Familiarity with internal audit standards and procedures.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

🛠️ Keahlian

Accounting software (e.g.QuickBooksSAP).Knowledge of internal audit software and tools.Experience with data analysis and reporting.Understanding of risk management principles.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong organizational and time management skills.
