📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pastry kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.,Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menu items to keep up with customer preferences and market trends.,Manage and train a team of pastry chefs, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and storage procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure that pastry offerings align with business goals and customer demands.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pastry chef or in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully leading a team of pastry chefs.,Strong knowledge of various pastry techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
