📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist customers with their shopping needs and answer any questions they may have.

Process online orders and ensure they are shipped out promptly.

Maintain a clean and organized online store.

Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in the retail industry.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.

Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to promote our products.

Assist with the development and implementation of new sales strategies.

Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with online retail platforms and e-commerce software.

Good time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
