The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A, a deep understanding of the Indonesian market, and excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage M&A transactions from initiation to completion.,Provide strategic advice to clients on transaction structuring and execution.,Conduct due diligence on potential targets and assess their strategic and financial fit.,Negotiate and finalize transaction terms with clients and third parties.,Prepare and present transaction documentation to regulatory authorities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external advisors.,Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide value-added insights.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in M&A, with at least 5 years in a consulting capacity.,Strong understanding of Indonesian business environment and regulatory framework.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,CPA or CMA certification is a plus.,Experience with transaction advisory services is highly desirable.
