🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial recruitment, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including investment banking, private equity, and asset management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.,Proficient use of recruitment tools and software, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Fluency in English is required, with Bahasa Indonesia a plus.,Valid work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
