Lippo Malls Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Tenant Relations Officer to join our team at Pluit Village Mall. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our tenants, ensuring their satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the mall. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tenant relations strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, including retail stores, food and beverage outlets, and service providers.,Coordinate and manage tenant onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition.,Monitor tenant performance and provide feedback and support to help them improve.,Address tenant concerns and complaints, working collaboratively to find effective solutions.,Organize and participate in tenant events and promotions to create a vibrant and engaging mall environment.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in tenant relations and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tenant relations, retail management, or a similar role.,Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Familiarity with retail and mall operations is a plus.
