In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with company objectives and employee development needs.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs meet specific departmental needs.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using training software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Creative and innovative approach to training and development.
