📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and accurate.,Support the HR Manager in organizing and coordinating HR activities such as training sessions and team-building events.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information on company policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in preparing and analyzing HR reports and metrics.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives as directed by the HR Manager.,Maintain a positive and professional working environment within the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
