📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and maintaining the company's telesales operations.,Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.,Provide product information and answer customer queries accurately and promptly.,Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and sales conversion.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.,Assist in training and mentoring new hires in telesales.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.,Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
