📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.
  • Identifying and analyzing risks and potential areas of improvement.
  • Preparing and presenting audit reports and recommendations to senior management.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit plans and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Providing support and guidance to other departments on internal control matters.
  • Collaborating with external auditors and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Participating in continuous learning and development activities to enhance audit skills and knowledge.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal control frameworks, and auditing standards.
  • Proficiency in using audit software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Valid professional certification in internal auditing is preferred.
