📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Support the Operations Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating operational activities.,Monitor and maintain operational records and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Assist in the implementation of operational strategies and improvement initiatives.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling and logistics.,Assist in the training and development of new staff to ensure a well-trained workforce.,Participate in quality control processes to ensure high standards of service and product.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the operations or administrative field.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is a plus.
