Pro Hub Sejahtera is looking for a Deputy Recruiter to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about finding the best talent for our company. You will be working closely with the Recruitment Manager to ensure our recruitment process is efficient and effective.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.,Maintain a database of potential candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with the job market in Lubuklinggau and Sumatera Selatan.,Good organizational and time management skills.
