Creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products,Collaborating with the development team to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Developing and implementing a style guide for our technical documentation,Reviewing and editing technical documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Providing technical support to customers and users of our software products,Participating in product development meetings and providing input on documentation needs,Creating and maintaining user manuals, quick start guides, and other end-user documentation,Developing and maintaining a knowledge base for our software products

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar
