PT Nusa Media is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that our banquet events run smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests at the entrance of the banquet hall,Provide information about the event and the venue,Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities,Ensure that the banquet hall is clean and well-maintained,Assist with the preparation and serving of food and beverages,Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally,Work collaboratively with the event planning team to ensure a successful event,Assist with the coordination of any special requests or accommodations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in hospitality or event staffing is a plus,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Attention to detail and organizational skills,Familiarity with basic computer software and equipment,Flexibility to work in a hybrid setting,Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
