📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers to ensure they have a pleasant dining experience.,Take and relay customer orders accurately to the kitchen staff.,Present food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.,Handle cash transactions and provide change as needed.,Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared and delivered to the right tables.,Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic kitchen operations and food presentation.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and cultural norms.,Ability to work both in a restaurant setting and remotely.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
