📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the medical center, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Coordinate with the medical staff to ensure patient care is of the highest quality.,Manage the scheduling and allocation of medical resources, including doctors, nurses, and equipment.,Monitor and maintain the medical center's inventory, ensuring that supplies are adequate and well-managed.,Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Work closely with the management team to develop and execute the medical center's strategic plan.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
