📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving.,Ensure food quality, safety, and compliance with health regulations.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of service.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking.,Prepare and present daily specials and menus.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the culinary industry.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of menu planning and cost control.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
