📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading the development of mobile applications from concept to deployment.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.
  • Participating in technical interviews and hiring processes for new team members.
  • Managing and prioritizing the development backlog to meet business objectives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile development.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile development frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or native Android/iOS.
  • Experience with cloud services and APIs.
  • Proven track record of leading successful mobile development projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
