The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the retail outlet, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.,Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely restocking.,Monitor and manage the outlet's budget, including expenses and profitability.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive sales and promotions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Represent the company at trade shows, events, and other business-related activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing high-performing retail teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
