📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of project proposals and budgets.
  • Maintain accurate records of project-related activities and expenses.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of project strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project scheduling and planning.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
