📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to understand the needs of the position,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels,Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet the job requirements,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics,Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and company policies,Build and maintain relationships with potential employers and recruitment agencies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with the local job market in Pontianak is a plus
