MERIDIAN Corporindo is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including menu selection, guest lists, and decorations.,Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is enjoyable.,Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure that food and beverage needs are met during events.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, ensuring it is ready for events and meets health and safety standards.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet areas, including tables, chairs, and decorations.,Keep accurate records of banquet events, including guest lists, menus, and payments.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in banquet and event planning.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the banquet department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a banquet or event staff role is preferred but not required.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic computer skills, including the ability to use email and other office software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Flexible schedule and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
