📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Operating and maintaining rolling mills to produce high-quality steel products.
  • Monitoring and adjusting rolling parameters to ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on rolling mills and associated equipment.
  • Conducting inspections and tests to ensure the safety and reliability of rolling operations.
  • Collaborating with the production team to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
  • Implementing and adhering to safety protocols and quality control measures.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for rolling mill issues.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the steel industry.
  • Knowledge of rolling mill operations and steel production processes.
  • Understanding of quality control and safety standards in the steel industry.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and equipment for monitoring and controlling rolling processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
