📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee quality control processes for semiconductor manufacturing.
• Conduct in-process quality tests and inspections.
• Develop and implement quality improvement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Train and mentor junior quality engineers.
• Analyze and report on quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (QMS).
• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in quality control tools and software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
