📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Manage and mentor restaurant staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations.,Manage and control the restaurant's budget and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume setting.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Experience with marketing and customer relationship management.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
