PT Geomineral Inti Perkasa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Specialist / Supervisor for Industrial Relations. This role is crucial in maintaining a harmonious work environment and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial relations and a deep understanding of labor laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement industrial relations strategies to maintain a positive work environment.,Handle employee relations, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct training and workshops on industrial relations and labor laws.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with trade unions and other stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze industrial relations metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with management to address industrial relations issues and develop solutions.,Represent the company in negotiations with trade unions and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial relations, preferably in a manufacturing or mining industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in conflict resolution and negotiation.
