As an Associate Facilities Engineer, you'll work closely with our engineering team to implement and maintain facility systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You'll troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, conduct regular inspections, and perform preventive maintenance to keep our facilities in top condition. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to facility systems, working closely with the engineering team.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures to reduce operational costs.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work.
• Develop and maintain facility documentation, including maintenance logs, inspection reports, and work orders.
• Assist in the implementation of new facility systems and technologies, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
• Provide technical support to staff and visitors, addressing their facility-related concerns and requests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities engineering or a similar role.
• Familiarity with facility management software, such as IBM Maximo, ServiceNow, or similar.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including OSHA, NFPA, and local building codes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to multiple locations in Bali.
