📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, assessing their skin type, hair texture, and beauty needs.
• Recommend and sell beauty products and treatments from Euromedica Group's extensive range, using your expertise to guide customers towards the best options for their specific needs.
• Demonstrate beauty products and treatments to customers, explaining their benefits and how to use them effectively.
• Educate customers on the importance of skincare, haircare, and beauty routines, and provide advice on maintaining healthy and beautiful skin and hair.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the beauty industry, and incorporate this knowledge into your consultations and product recommendations.
• Work closely with the Euromedica Group team to ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and achieve their beauty goals.
• Assist in the organization and presentation of beauty products and treatments, ensuring that our salon is always well-stocked and visually appealing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the beauty industry, with a strong background in beauty consultations and product knowledge.
• Proven track record of success in selling beauty products and treatments, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and understand their unique beauty needs.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, treatments, and industry trends, with the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest innovations.
• Familiarity with beauty software and tools, such as POS systems, CRM software, and inventory management systems.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
• Certification in beauty therapy or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
