📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative facilities management strategies and technologies.
• Oversee the integration of smart building systems, IoT devices, and data analytics to optimize facility operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address facility needs and challenges.
• Develop and manage budgets for facilities innovation projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in facilities management.
• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the facilities management team.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the facilities department.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our innovative approaches.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on innovation and technology.
• Proven track record of leading successful facilities innovation projects.
• Certifications in facilities management, project management, or relevant technologies.
• Strong understanding of building systems, IoT, and data analytics.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
