📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of HRIS and other HR technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR technologies align with strategic goals.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of HR technology projects, from initial assessment to post-implementation support.
- Provide training and support to HR staff on the use of HR technologies.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of HR technologies to ensure they meet business needs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HR technology.
- Develop and implement HR technology roadmaps that support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR technology, with a focus on HRIS implementation.
- Proven experience in leading HR technology projects and managing cross-functional teams.
- Certifications in HRIS, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.
