📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain cloud and infrastructure systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and clients, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system problems, implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in cloud and infrastructure technologies.
• Document technical processes and procedures for future reference and training purposes.
• Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related role, with a focus on cloud and infrastructure technologies.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
