📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the company's goals.
Oversee office operations, including facility management and administrative support.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
Handle employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and General Affairs roles.
Proven experience in managing HR teams and overseeing office operations.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
