As our Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including scheduling maintenance activities, coordinating with vendors for spare parts, and implementing safety protocols. You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry standards and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance and repair team, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, prioritizing tasks based on criticality and urgency.
• Work with vendors to source and procure spare parts and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and competitive pricing.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to protect the well-being of the maintenance team and the facility.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the maintenance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and repair, preferably in the building materials manufacturing industry.
• Certification in mechanical maintenance or a related field (e.g., Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)).
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ISO, OSHA, and local regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with building materials manufacturing processes and equipment is a plus.
