📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and submit accurate customs declarations for import and export shipments using systems like SAP or similar ERP software.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations, including HS codes, import/export permits, and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clients to resolve customs-related issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customs transactions and prepare reports for management.
• Stay updated on changes in customs laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Assist in the training of new team members on customs procedures and documentation.
• Handle client inquiries and provide expert advice on customs-related matters.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customs clearance strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Trade, Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customs brokerage or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, including HS codes and import/export procedures.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with customs clearance software such as SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Indonesian work permit or the ability to obtain one.
