📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, orders, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Use CRM systems like Zendesk and Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track resolution times.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information is provided to customers.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new tools.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily and weekly service level agreements (SLAs).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and e-commerce platforms.
• Willingness to travel to different locations within Bali as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Certification in customer service or related field is a plus.
