📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs through one-on-one sessions and group workshops.
• Developing and delivering training programs on entrepreneurship, business planning, and financial management.
• Providing strategic advice and guidance to startups and small businesses.
• Conducting market research and identifying opportunities for business growth.
• Collaborating with local stakeholders, government agencies, and industry leaders to foster a supportive ecosystem for entrepreneurs.
• Assessing and evaluating the performance of entrepreneurs and providing feedback.
• Staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in entrepreneurship and business development.
• Representing Island Innovators Hub at local and national events to promote entrepreneurship and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in entrepreneurship coaching, business development, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully mentoring and guiding entrepreneurs.
• Strong understanding of the local business environment and market dynamics in Bangka Belitung.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for entrepreneurship and a commitment to fostering innovation and economic growth.
