📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the company's goals.
• Oversee office operations, including facility management and administrative support.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Handle employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and General Affairs roles.
• Proven experience in managing HR teams and overseeing office operations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
