📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot machine issues, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical problems.
• Repair and replace faulty components as needed, using a variety of tools and equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of the machines.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, machine performance, and repair history.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to address machine-related issues and implement solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in injection molding machinery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in injection machine maintenance and repair.
• Proven experience with injection molding machines, including familiarity with common brands such as Arburg, Engel, or Bosch.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with PLC programming and machine control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Certification in safety regulations and industry standards is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
