📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the strategic development and optimization of mineral portfolios, including gold, silver, and other precious metals.
• Conduct thorough valuations of mineral assets using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
• Develop and implement investment strategies that align with the company's long-term business objectives.
• Collaborate with geologists, engineers, and financial analysts to ensure accurate and timely decision-making.
• Monitor market trends and economic factors that may impact the value and performance of mineral assets.
• Prepare and present regular reports on the performance and valuation of mineral assets to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices related to mineral asset management.
• Identify and pursue new investment opportunities that align with the company's sustainability goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in mineral asset management, investment analysis, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the mineral industry, including market trends, economic factors, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software tools such as Microsoft Excel, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in mineral valuation or investment analysis is a plus.
• Ability to travel as required to visit mining sites and attend industry conferences.
