In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and offering financial advice to clients. You will use our state-of-the-art banking software, including our in-house developed banking systems and third-party solutions like SAP and Oracle. Daily, you will interact with clients, both in person and through digital channels, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, both in person and through digital channels
• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently using our banking software
• Offer financial advice and guidance to clients based on their needs and goals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and client interactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high service standards
• Assist in training and onboarding new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the team
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in banking and financial services
• Participate in continuous learning and development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of banking and financial services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
