Join Global Digital Niaga as an Admin Recon AR (Revenue Marketplace/Ecommerce) and play a pivotal role in ensuring financial accuracy across multiple sales channels. Based in Bali, you will work closely with our sales and finance teams to reconcile accounts receivable (AR) from various platforms, including Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada. Your mission is to ensure that all financial transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies and regulations.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and reconciling daily AR transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and maintaining detailed financial records. You will use tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and specialized accounting software to streamline your work and improve efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and reconcile daily accounts receivable (AR) from multiple sales channels, including Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain detailed and organized financial records using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software.
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Monitor and analyze AR trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
• Prepare and submit monthly AR reports to management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other reporting requirements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial management and data reconciliation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or marketplace industry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in data reconciliation and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
